  • Operate as the point of contact for assigned customers
  • Develop and maintain long-term relationships with accounts
  • Make sure clients receive requested products and services promptly
  • Provide new company products and features promptly and if applicable for client’s jurisdictions
  • Serve as the link of communication between key customers and internal teams
  • Resolve any issues and problems faced by customers and deal with complaints to maintain trust
  • Forecasts and tracks client account metrics
  • Identify opportunities to grow business with existing clients

 

 

THE SKILLS THAT WILL GRAB OUR ATTENTION: 

 

  • Experience in the online gambling industry
  • Technical knowledge is a plus
  • Proven work experience as an account manager or other relevant experience
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
  • Good computer skills - Microsoft Office
  • Attention to detail
  • Result-oriented and self-driven personality
