Account Operations Specialist

As an Account Operations Specialist, you’ll be the operational engine driving daily efficiency and process innovation across multiple departments. You will bring structure to complex workflows, solve operational challenges, and collaborate closely across teams.

THE PERFECT TEAM MEMBER IS INSPIRED TO:

• Manage both internal and external access requests
• Oversee email groups, Slack workflows, and cross-functional communication
• Prepare and analyze key financial reports
• Lead Salesforce project integrations and user testing from a hands-on business perspective
• Drive continuous process updates, standardize workflows, and introduce key improvements
• Partner closely with Product, Process Management, Marketing, Support, and Business Development leaders

THE SKILLS THAT WILL GRAB OUR ATTENTION:

• 1–3 years of experience in Operations, Business Support, Reporting, or Project/Account Coordination (iGaming industry background is considered a plus)
• Detail-oriented mindset and strong internal support skills
• Strong communication and collaboration skills across departments
• Strong analytical skills and advanced Excel/Google Sheets proficiency
• Proactive problem-solving ability focused on process optimization
• Fluency in English within international teams and key stakeholders
