We are seeking an experienced and dynamic B2C Event Manager to lead the planning, execution, and oversight of our global consumer-focused events. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of managing large-scale events and the ability to create engaging experiences that resonate with varied consumer audiences.



THE PERFECT TEAM MEMBER IS INSPIRED TO: 
 

  • Implement a comprehensive global consumer-focused events strategy that aligns with the company's annual event calendar, marketing objectives and brand vision
  • Oversee the end-to-end planning and execution of consumer events, including experiential activations and brand partnerships, ensuring consistency and excellence across all markets
  • Identify, hire, and manage external agencies, vendors, artists and all other needed personnel, ensuring deliverables meet established standards and timelines
  • Trains, supervises, and works with event staff to solicit and book banquet and catering functions, as well as the planning, merchandising and execution of the functions
  • Manage predefined event budgets, ensuring cost-effective solutions without compromising quality. Negotiate contracts with vendors, venues, and partners to achieve favorable terms
  • Work closely with internal teams such as Product Marketing, Sales, and Creative to ensure event initiatives are cohesive and support broader business goals
  • Design and implement strategies in collaboration with the company’s Marketing team to drive consumer engagement before, during, and after events, leveraging digital tools and social media platforms.
  • Establish KPIs for events and provide detailed post-event reports, analyzing success factors and areas for improvement
  • Stay updated on global event trends, consumer behaviors, and competitor activities to inform event strategies and ensure innovative approaches
  • Travel internationally for event execution and oversight
     


THE SKILLS THAT WILL GRAB OUR ATTENTION:
 

  • 3+ years in event management, with a focus on B2C events in a global context
  • Proven ability to manage large-scale events internationally
  • Strong project management skills with the ability to handle multiple events simultaneously

  • Problem-solving skills and diplomacy
  • Creative thinker with a passion for delivering memorable consumer experiences
  • Proficiency in digital engagement tools

  • Аbility to prioritize workload
  • Experience in working with booking agencies and entertainment artists 
  • Proficiency in English, both verbal and written
  • Candidates with knowledge of Spanish will have an advantage
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Event Management, Business, or a related field
