Currently, we are looking for a Compliance Officer to join our team and contribute to the licensing and certification processes of our software solutions! This inspired team member will be responsible for the assessment, coordination, and preparation of submission materials for external certification labs, regulatory bodies, and third-party advisors.
 


THE PERFECT TEAM MEMBER IS INSPIRED TO:

 

 

  • Ensure the organization’s understanding and compliance with the technical and legal requirements of the regulated markets
  • Lead company product certification in different jurisdictions and administration of evaluation reports
  • Participate in external communication with accreditation and regulatory bodies where needed
  • Prepare and maintain compliance documentation and information up to date
  • Coordinate projects and work closely with different departments within the company: Product Teams, Account Management, Legal Teams, IT, and Technical Teams
  • Ensure the completion and submission of certification package documentation and any other specific compliance reports
  • Ensure that team deadlines are met in accordance with company goals and requirements

  • Familiarity with different task and documentation systems
  • Excellent proficiency in English, both verbal and written
  • Project management and administration skills 
  • Ability to work autonomously
  • Excellent time management & communication skills
  • Good analytical skills and understanding of Software Development Lifecycle
  • Ability to investigate and resolve problems efficiently
  • Attention to detail and accuracy
  • Knowledge of or experience in the online gambling industry and gambling regulatory compliance will be considered as advantages
