Configuration & Analysis Specialist, Land-Based:

As a Configuration & Analysis Specialist (Land-Based), you will play a key role in monitoring, analyzing, and optimizing gaming configurations in land-based casino or betting environments. You will work closely with various internal stakeholders, including data analytics, sales, and other teams, to ensure optimal game settings, payouts, and player experiences. This role requires strong numerical and analytical skills, as well as the ability to adapt to a fast-paced, data-driven environment.

Key Responsibilities:
              1.           Data Analysis & Interpretation
              •            Collect, analyze, and interpret data related to game and bet settings in land-based gaming operations.
              •            Monitor software performance metrics and ensure alignment with business goals.
              •            Provide in-depth reports and insights to optimize product configurations.
              2.           Monitoring & Optimization
              •            Track bet settings, prize payouts, and market trends in real time.
              •            Suggest and implement adjustments to improve player engagement and profitability.
              •            Work closely with the Data Analytics Team to refine reporting processes.
              3.           Collaboration & Documentation
              •            Coordinate with Sales Management Teams to understand business needs and player behavior.
              •            Conduct market research to evaluate competitor offerings and betting options.
              •            Maintain thorough documentation of configuration changes and their outcomes.
              4.           Reacting to Market Changes
              •            Quickly adapt to shifts in player behavior, regulatory changes, and promotional opportunities.
              •            Assist in managing promotions, tournaments, and marketing campaigns to maximize engagement.

Key Skills & Qualifications:
Must-Have:
              •            Strong analytical and numerical skills.
              •            Ability to interpret complex data sets and generate actionable insights.
              •            Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and data analysis tools.
              •            Strong attention to detail and ability to identify patterns in large data sets.
              •            Time management and prioritization skills to handle multiple tasks efficiently.
              •            Proficiency in English with excellent communication skills.

Preferred/Bonus Skills:
              •            Educational background in mathematics, data science, analytics, or a related field.
              •            Experience in land-based gambling/casino industry or knowledge of gaming machine configurations.
              •            Familiarity with promotional and tournament management tools.
              •            Understanding of commercial operations and marketing strategies in the gambling sector.
              •            A quick learner who can adapt to evolving gaming regulations and market trends.
