Join us as a Cyber Security Operations Analyst and become a crucial part of our mission to safeguard one of the leading companies in the iGaming industry against cyber threats. In this role, you'll dive into security events, uncover vulnerabilities, lead incident response efforts, deploy mitigation tactics, and contribute to projects for our dedicated Information Security team. Your expertise will strengthen our network and system defenses, shielding sensitive data from external cyber threats and internal risks.

• Proactively monitor and analyze our IT infrastructure, including security systems, apps, and networks, identifying and responding to security threats, anomalies and incidents
• Lead in-depth investigations of security incidents, providing comprehensive analyses, reports and developing strategies to prevent future incidents
• Participate in risk assessments, security evaluations, and drive mitigation efforts to mitigate vulnerabilities
• Offer expert advice on the latest in security tools, trends, and best practices, elevating our security capabilities
• Develop, continuously update and refine security policies and procedures, enhancing our organizational security posture
• Stay current on the most recent cyber threats and risks, adapting our defense mechanisms to counteract evolving phishing schemes and hacker tactics
• Directly participate in internal security audits and penetration tests by assisting in the preparation and evaluation of data afterwards
• Preparation of detailed security reports and communicate them effectively across various departments, ensuring awareness and compliance
• Work with other team members to ensure that the company's protocols are in place to continue functioning so that it may continue to operate safely and securely

The Skills That Will Grab Our Attention:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Information Security, or a related field
• At least 3 years of professional experience in a Cyber Security Operations role
• A deep understanding of how to prevent cyber threats (e.g., malware, phishing, DDoS) and proficiency in security technologies (SIEM, EDR, Threat Intelligence, Vulnerability Management, DLP, filtering technologies etc.) is crucial
• Strong analytical skills, with the ability to decipher complex data and detect security incidents swiftly
• Comprehensive knowledge of IT and network fundamentals (OSI Model, TCP/IP, DNS, HTTP(S), SMTP etc.) and operating systems with a focus on security features
• Exceptional communication skills, capable of engaging with both technical teams and executive leadership
• Professional certifications such as CISA, CEH, Security+ etc. are an advantage
