We are looking for a strategic and creative Employer Branding Manager to develop, lead, and execute initiatives that position Amusnet as an employer of choice in the regional technology industry.

This role sits at the intersection of marketing and talent strategy, ensuring our employer value proposition (EVP) is clearly defined, consistently communicated, and authentically represented across all candidate and employee touchpoints.

 

 

THE PERFECT TEAM MEMBER IS INSPIRED TO:

 

  • Define and implement a comprehensive employer branding strategy and Value Proposition aligned with business goals. 
  • Partner with Talent Acquisition to design targeted campaigns and oversee multi-channel content creation (social, career pages, ads).
  • Manage employer review platforms and lead storytelling initiatives that highlight culture and innovation.
  • Collaborate with Marketing/PR to align brands and develop employee ambassador programs.
  • Support internal communications and onboarding initiatives to enhance the overall employee experience.
  • Establish KPIs to measure brand impact and conduct competitor research to identify positioning opportunities.
  • Lead industry presence and build relationships with academic and professional communities.

 

 

THE SKILLS THAT WILL GRAB OUR ATTENTION:

 

  • 5+ years of experience in Employer Branding, Marketing, HR Marketing or a related field
  • Proven track record of building and executing employer brand strategies
  • Strong project management and stakeholder management skills
  • Excellent copywriting and storytelling abilities
  • Experience with digital marketing channels, social media campaigns, and content strategy
  • Analytical mindset with experience using performance metrics to drive decisions
  • Experience in tech, gaming, or fast-paced international environments is an advantage
