Amusnet HR Team is looking for an HR Operations Specialist (maternity cover, for at least a year and a half) to support & guide our Human Resources department. You will act as the first point of contact for HR-related queries from employees and external partners, including payroll.
Our ideal candidate has experience with HR procedures and can juggle various administrative tasks in a timely manner. He/she should be extremely proactive and always keep a positive outlook. Ultimately, you should be able to ensure our HR department supports the employees while conforming to labor law.
THE PERFECT TEAM MEMBER IS INSPIRED TO:
- Organize and maintain personnel records
- Update internal databases (e.g. record sick or maternity leave, vacation requests) in the HR systems;
- Liaise with external partners, like insurance vendors, and ensure legal compliance
- Answer employees’ queries about HR-related issues
- Assist payroll department with payroll preparation and by providing relevant employee information (e.g. leaves of absence, sick days and work schedules)
- Advanced admin skills with HRM Software, preferably Success Factors
THE SKILLS THAT WILL GRAB OUR ATTENTION:
- Experience in a similar role would be an advantage, but it’s not a mustExperience with HR software
- Computer literacy (MS Office applications, in particular)
- Thorough knowledge of labor law
- Excellent organizational skills, with an ability to prioritize important projects
- Strong communication skills
- English language, level C1, written and spoken
- BS in Human Resources or other relevant field
