Amusnet is seeking a dynamic and experienced Head of Compliance to lead our global compliance strategy and ensure adherence to regulatory requirements in all markets where we operate. As a senior executive reporting directly to the CEO, you will play a pivotal role in shaping our regulatory framework, fostering a culture of compliance, and guiding our expansion into new jurisdictions with confidence and integrity.

• Maintain a strong understanding of market context to ensure system development remains fully compliant across workflows

• Recognise gaps in existing processes and systems or arising from new regulations and ensuring that the correct remedial actions are put in place to close these gaps
• Keep up with regulatory compliance changes by staying informed about new laws, government regulations, and best industry practices
• Provide and deliver reports to Senior Management and other stakeholders regarding compliance updates and developments

• Support budget and headcount planning in alignment with strategic goals

• Manage the compliance team, ensuring that the team receives the necessary advice, guidance and assistance they require from their manager to enable them to carry out their day-to-day job
• Guidance and assistance to the Team with technical compliance research and analysis
• Active participation in complex cases where upper-management decision is needed

THE SKILLS THAT WILL GRAB OUR ATTENTION:

• At least 5+ years of proven experience in iGaming compliance and on a management position
• Strong understanding of the industry regulatory framework, compliance topics and related policies and procedures implementation
• Ability to understand and work effectively with internal stakeholders (technical, product, business, delivery teams) and external stakeholders (regulatory bodies, test labs, legal consultants and operators)
• Ability to understand technical requirements and actively participate in technical discussions
• A strong and demonstrable track record of interfacing with regulators, handling audits, and ensuring regulatory alignment across business operations and excellent communication skills
• Strong decision-making skills
• Excellent organizational skills with the ability to work independently, meet deadlines, maintain documentation, think critically, and take ownership of delivery
• Excellent leadership and team management skills, with experience in guiding, mentoring, and building a team
