THE PERFECT TEAM MEMBER IS INSPIRED TO:
- Maintain and configure systems and devices running on Windows, macOS, and Linux, ensuring stability and efficiency
- Administer JumpCloud and Google Workspace – manage users, devices, access rights, and security policies
- Actively participate in onboarding and offboarding processes – create and remove user accounts, configure devices, and provide necessary resources
- Assist employees with software and hardware issues, both onsite and remotely, including troubleshooting and problem resolution
- Create and maintain PowerShell scripts and other automation solutions to streamline daily tasks
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support their IT needs and assist in implementing new solutions
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date documentation of systems, processes, and procedures
THE SKILLS THAT WILL GRAB OUR ATTENTION:
- Minimum 3 years of experience in IT support or system administration
- Good knowledge and hands-on experience with Windows, macOS, and Linux environments
- Experience working with JumpCloud and Google Workspace
- Ability to use PowerShell for automation and task optimization
- Proven experience in providing hardware and software support – both onsite and remote
- Good working proficiency level of English
- Strong organizational and communication skills
- High level of initiative, attention to detail, and responsibility in daily work
