THE PERFECT TEAM MEMBER IS INSPIRED TO:

 

  • Maintain and configure systems and devices running on Windows, macOS, and Linux, ensuring stability and efficiency
  • Administer JumpCloud and Google Workspace – manage users, devices, access rights, and security policies
  • Actively participate in onboarding and offboarding processes – create and remove user accounts, configure devices, and provide necessary resources
  • Assist employees with software and hardware issues, both onsite and remotely, including troubleshooting and problem resolution
  • Create and maintain PowerShell scripts and other automation solutions to streamline daily tasks
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support their IT needs and assist in implementing new solutions
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date documentation of systems, processes, and procedures

 

THE SKILLS THAT WILL GRAB OUR ATTENTION:

 

  • Minimum 3 years of experience in IT support or system administration
  • Good knowledge and hands-on experience with Windows, macOS, and Linux environments
  • Experience working with JumpCloud and Google Workspace
  • Ability to use PowerShell for automation and task optimization
  • Proven experience in providing hardware and software support – both onsite and remote
  • Good working proficiency level of English
  • Strong organizational and communication skills
  • High level of initiative, attention to detail, and responsibility in daily work
