We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Information Security IAM Specialist to join our growing Information Security team. As a key member of the Information Security team, you will play a critical role in managing, optimizing, and securing Identity and Access Management (IAM) processes to ensure the integrity, confidentiality, and availability of our enterprise systems, applications, and data.The ideal candidate will have a strong background in IAM solutions, role-based access control (RBAC), privileged access management (PAM), modern authentication adoption and regulatory compliance.

THE PERFECT TEAM MEMBER IS INSPIRED TO: 

• Maintain and improve user lifecycle management, including provisioning, de-provisioning, and access reviews
• Implement, enforce, and supervise role-based access control (RBAC), least privilege principles, and privileged access management (PAM)
• Monitor, investigate, and mitigate IAM-related security incidents and anomalies
• Collaborate with IT teams to integrate IAM solutions with existing applications, directories, and cloud services
• Work closely with cross-functional teams to assess business and access workflows, address permission gaps, and ensure a unified IAM approach across all systems and applications
• Develop, maintain, and continuously assess IAM-related policies, standards, and procedures in alignment with industry best practices and compliance requirements (e.g. ISO 27001, NIST, GDPR, etc.)
• Conduct periodic user access reviews and security checks to ensure compliance with security policies and regulatory requirements
• Oversee the maintenance and regular updates of the Access Control Matrix, ensuring all access rights are correctly assigned and updated according to personnel changes or role alterations
• Manage and support modern authentication adoption, including Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA), Single Sign-On (SSO) and federated identity solutions
• Support the training and awareness program on identity security and access best practices for employees and stakeholders
• Stay updated on emerging IAM threats, trends and technologies to continually enhance the organization’s security posture

THE SKILLS THAT WILL GRAB OUR ATTENTION:

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Information Security, Computer Science, or a related field
• At least 2 years of professional experience in IAM, identity governance, or a closely related role
• Hands-on experience with IAM tools such as Okta, Microsoft Entra ID (Azure AD), CyberArk, Ping Identity, or similar
• Good knowledge of authentication protocols and technologies (e.g., SAML, OAuth, OpenID Connect, LDAP, Kerberos)
• Strong understanding of information security concepts, principles, technologies, and best practices
• Experience with cloud identity security in environments such as Google Cloud, AWS, or Azure
• Ability to script and automate IAM tasks using PowerShell, Python, or other scripting languages
• Familiarity with regulatory frameworks and IAM best practices (ISO 27001, NIST, GDPR, etc.)
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
