THE PERFECT TEAM MEMBER IS INSPIRED TO:

 

  • Learn how to design, balance and analyse mathematical models for casino games
  • Learn how to simulate casino games with the help of the development team to extract key parameters and performance indicators, providing valuable insights for game refinement and optimisation
  • Maintain detailed documentation of games in development to ensure seamless integration by Development and Compliance teams
  • Playtest and review both released and in-development games, immersing yourself in the player experience to analyse and provide insights on gameplay, feel, and overall engagement
  • Contribute original ideas to the game logic and design, collaborating with Game Producers and Senior Mathematicians to ensure smooth game mechanics, balance, and an engaging player experience

 

 

THE SKILLS THAT WILL GRAB OUR ATTENTION:

 

  • Student or recent graduate in Mathematics, Statistics, or Computer Science
  • Interest in combinatorics, probability theory, statistics, and problem-solving
  • Ability to understand and apply concepts and modelling techniques
  • Passion for games, both from a player and designer perspective 
  • Strong analytical thinking, attention to detail, and ability to work in a dynamic environment
  • Good communication and teamwork skills
  • Fluent in verbal and written English

 


SKILLS CONSIDERED AS AN ADVANTAGE:

 

  • Basic programming knowledge (OOP languages)
