As part of the Administration team, you will have the opportunity to gain experience in various aspects of the company’s daily operations and collaborate with different departments. THE PERFECT TEAM MEMBER IS INSPIRED TO:

 

  • Welcome visitors and notify relevant personnel of their arrival
  • Assist the administrative team with daily operations, including filing, scanning, photocopying, data entry, and other clerical duties as assigned
  • Receive, sort, and distribute daily mail and deliveries, and efficiently coordinate courier services
  • Update calendars, schedule appointments, and prepare meeting rooms when required
  • Keep track of stock, maintain updated records of office expenses, and manage administrative documents
  • Communicate with suppliers and efficiently process daily requests and orders
  • Maintain office security by following standard procedures and monitoring visitor logbooks
  • Ensure the reception and office areas remain tidy, organized, and presentable at all times
