As a Junior Travel Coordinator, you will be a support to our Travel team, part of the Administration, to manage and execute travel arrangements for our colleagues all over the world. You will play a key role in booking flights, accommodation, and ground transportation while ensuring compliance with company policies and optimizing travel budgets. This role offers an excellent opportunity to grow your expertise in corporate travel coordination within a dynamic environment.
THE PERFECT TEAM MEMBER IS INSPIRED TO:
- Assist in booking and coordinating international and domestic travel arrangements, including flights, hotels, car rentals, and visas
- Collaborate with the different teams to manage complex itineraries and last-minute travel changes
- Ensure all travel complies with company policies, budgets, and preferred vendor agreements
- Maintain accurate travel records, expense reports, and travel documentation
- Provide timely communication and support to employees regarding travel plans and updates
- Support the travel team in monitoring travel expenses and identifying cost-saving opportunities
- Help maintain and update travel-related databases and systems
- Coordinate with external travel agencies, vendors, and service providers as needed
- Stay informed about travel advisories, visa requirements, and industry best practices
THE SKILLS THAT WILL GRAB OUR ATTENTION:
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience preferred
- Previous experience in travel coordination, administration, or customer service is a plus
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and work under pressure in a fast-paced environment
- Proficiency with travel booking tools, Microsoft Office, and expense management systems
- Flexibility to support urgent or after-hours travel needs when required
- Interest in travel, international cultures, and global business practices
