We are currently seeking an experienced and visionary Lead Game Artist to join our dynamic game design team. In this role, you will collaborate closely with game artists, animators, and front-end developers to ensure a consistently high visual standard across projects. THE PERFECT TEAM MEMBER IS INSPIRED TO:

• Be involved in the development of cutting-edge iGaming products
• Create and oversee the development of concept art for characters, environments, symbols, frames, logos, and pop-up screens
• Polish in-game art assets to a high visual quality and ensure alignment with the technical specifications of the product
• Lead and take ownership of the art development cycle across the team, working closely with the Game Producer
• Mentor, guide, and support Game Artists by providing constructive feedback and fostering professional growth
• Plan and distribute the workload among the artists on your team and support their progress within defined timelines
• Actively contribute innovative visual ideas and help drive creative excellence within the team

THE SKILLS THAT WILL GRAB OUR ATTENTION:

• Excellent painting skills
• Solid understanding of artistic fundamentals such as perspective, composition, colour and light theory, form, shape, and texture
• Fast learner with a constant drive toward self-improvement and team excellence
• Substantial knowledge of Adobe Photoshop and the technical requirements for product-ready assets
• Previous experience in a similar position within the online iGaming industry
• Deep understanding of slot games and industry trends in terms of visuals and technical requirements
• Proficient knowledge of the slot game design and development pipeline
