• You will not only breathe life into our creative vision but also mentor and manage your team in the art of visual storytelling, guiding them to develop top-notch product and brand visual content
• You will guide the team in creating captivating visual concepts  that engage our various audiences
•  You will  drive brand recognition and customer engagement through compelling visual content (motion, graphic and web design), setting a high standard for your team to follow
• You will follow-up and analyze latest industry trends in brand and product visual content, inspiring your team how to grow and develop further
• You will plan the whole workflow and internal resources of the team to make sure all tasks are completed on time and with the maximum required quality

‌THE SKILLS THAT GRAB OUR ATTENTION:

• To excel in the role of Manager of Motion and Graphic Design Team at Amusnet, we expect you to bring not only your extensive creative expertise but also your proven leadership abilities and people management skills to the table
• 5+ years of experience as Art Director or a similar creative role, demonstrating a seasoned understanding of the craft
• Beyond your creative talents, your experience will be instrumental in guiding and mentoring your team
• Deep understanding of the creative process and the specifics of software such as  Adobe After Effects, Adobe Creative Suite, video clip resizing, sound effects and music editing
• Strong project management skills which allow proper planning and allocation of internal resources to achieve the company’s objectives
• Detail-oriented and flexible, with an openness to refine and enhance
• A keen eye for lighting, color theory, silhouette, and motion, enhancing the visual impact of our animations
