This role is pivotal in enhancing brand awareness, driving customer engagement, and ensuring consistent messaging across all channels.

Marketing Strategy and Operations

 

  • Develop and implement comprehensive marketing and communications strategies for B2B2C campaigns across multiple channels
  • Optimize marketing processes to ensure seamless execution of campaigns and full alignment with the company’s goals for business growth and development
  • Work closely with cross-functional teams (Product, Sales, Design, and Development) to support game launches, promotions, expos and various branding initiatives

 

Campaign Execution & Performance Tracking

 

  • Oversee the end-to-end execution of marketing campaigns, ensuring timely delivery and effectiveness
  • Track and analyze key marketing KPIs, providing actionable insights to improve performance
  •  Work with various external partners to coordinate influencers’ partnerships, streamers’ collaboration, affiliates network,  and other content marketing efforts

 

Data & Analytics

 

  • Establish and maintain marketing dashboards to monitor campaign effectiveness
  • Conduct market research to understand industry trends, customer needs, and competitors’ activities, using this information to inform about strategic decisions

 

Budget & Resource Management

 

  • Manage campaigns and other marketing activities budget, allocating resources effectively to maximize return on investment
  • Identify opportunities for process automation and cost-effective marketing solutions

 

Team Leadership

 

  •  Lead, manage, and mentor the "Marketing Operations" team, fostering a collaborative environment and ensuring individual professional development

 

 

THE SKILLS THAT WILL GRAB OUR ATTENTION:

 

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field

  • 4+ years of experience in marketing operations, preferably in the iGaming or gaming industry

  • Strong analytical skills with experience in Google Analytics, Tableau, or similar tools

  • Understanding of player acquisition, retention, and engagement strategies in the iGaming sector

  • Excellent project management skills with the ability to handle multiple campaigns simultaneously

  • Experience working in a fast-paced, cross-functional environment

  • Ability to coach and motivate team members for their ongoing career growth

  • Fluent in verbal and written English

  • Passion for gaming and familiarity with online casino games, slots, and digital gaming trends

 

 

SKILLS CONSIDERED AS AN ADVANTAGE:

 

  • Experience in iGaming marketing, including regulated markets

  • Knowledge of programmatic advertising, affiliate marketing, and CRM strategies

  • Familiarity with game analytics tools and user behavior analysis
