We are looking for a Manager of Content Management to lead and professionalize our Content Management team, ensuring the seamless integration of content into our products and processes. You will play a pivotal role in structuring, standardizing, and optimizing content workflows, while fostering a culture of collaboration, innovation, and continuous improvement. Your expertise will help us deliver high-quality, compliant, and engaging content that aligns with our vision for innovative gaming experiences.

  • Oversee the creation and maintenance of content databases, including multilingual documentation, game rules, and compliance materials.

  • Ensure content meets high-quality standards, balancing creativity with compliance and consistency.

  • Identify and implement process improvements, leveraging data and feedback to enhance workflows and outcomes.

  • Act as a strategic partner, contributing to the overall growth and success of the Content Management function within the organization.


THE SKILLS THAT WILL GRAB OUR ATTENTION:

  • Proven experience in content management, preferably within the gaming or entertainment industry.

  • Strong understanding of content lifecycle management, including creation, localization, and maintenance.

  • Expertise in structuring and managing large content databases, particularly in multilingual environments.

  • Familiarity with content management systems (CMS) and tools for documentation and localization.

  • Excellent leadership and team management skills, with a track record of mentoring and developing teams.

  • Strong change management abilities, with experience driving adoption of new processes and tools.

  • Exceptional communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively across teams and departments.

SKILLS CONSIDERED AS AN ADVANTAGE:

  • Experience in the IGaming or live casino industry, with knowledge of compliance and regulatory requirements.

  • Familiarity with translation management systems (TMS) and localization workflows.

  • Understanding of data-driven content strategies and metrics for measuring content effectiveness.

  • Knowledge of agile methodologies and project management tools (e.g., Jira, Trello).

  • Experience with multilingual content creation and localization best practices.
