THE PERFECT TEAM MEMBER IS INSPIRED TO:

 

  • Conduct real-time monitoring and control of gaming devices through dedicated monitoring software - including video surveillance
  • Execute identification and processing of specific gaming significant events, gaming activity checks, activation and deactivation of devices and administration of data/architectural units related to the proper functioning of the monitoring software
  • Carry out periodic checks on the performance of gaming devices, prepare reports on found irregularities
  • Consult customers via phone, email and chat applications
  • Investigate and evaluate the integrity of the equipment and compliance with internal policies and procedures 
  • Take action when accidents occur in accordance with the department's internal policies and procedures

 

THE SKILLS THAT WILL GRAB OUR ATTENTION:

 

  • Ability to work only at the office on various shifts, including night shift and public holidays
  • Understanding and experience in monitoring activities and assessment
  • A keen eye for details
  • Exceptional analytical and investigation skills
  • Outstanding punctuality and exceptional communication skills
  • Efficient judgment and informed decision-making skills
  • Proficiency in English, both verbal and written
  • Good command of MS Office (especially MS Excel)
