We are seeking a Process Engineer to lead the industrialization and manufacturability of our next-generation display solutions. This role is essential in bridging R&D and production, ensuring that designs are manufacturable, cost-effective, and scalable for mass production. You will work closely with mechanical, hardware, and embedded engineers to define assembly procedures, validate production feasibility, and implement process improvements.

 

 

THE PERFECT TEAM MEMBER IS INSPIRED TO:

 

  • Validate product designs for manufacturability (DFM) and assembly (DFA), ensuring smooth transition from R&D to production.

  • Define and optimize assembly sequences, process flows, and work instructions for display manufacturing.

  • Collaborate with mechanical, hardware, and embedded engineers to ensure product designs align with manufacturing constraints.

  • Establish best practices for lean manufacturing, Six Sigma methodologies, and continuous improvement initiatives.

  • Lead the planning of a scalable, high-efficiency production facility to support mass manufacturing.

  • Attend industry trade shows, exhibitions, and supplier meetings.

 

 

THE SKILLS THAT WILL GRAB OUR ATTENTION:

 

  • Strong expertise in DFM/DFA principles.

  • Experience in production process development, industrialization, and large-scale manufacturing.

  • Knowledge of assembly techniques, process flow design, and automation strategies.

  • Familiarity with factory layout planning, material flow, and production logistics.

  • Experience in quality control methodologies.

  • Collaboration with cross-functional teams.

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Computer-aided manufacturing, Industrial Engineering or a similar field will be considered as an advantage.

  • Very good command of English, both written and verbal.

  • Good command of MS Office.

 

 

SKILLS CONSIDERED AS AN ADVANTAGE:

 

  • Experience in display manufacturing, optical bonding, or electronics assembly.

  • Experience with ISO 9001, lean manufacturing principles, and GMP (Good Manufacturing Practices).

  • Understanding of environmental and safety regulations.
