Product Data Analyst (SAP)

Are you experienced in managing complex data systems and passionate about optimizing product workflows? As a Product Data Analyst (SAP), you'll play a pivotal role in shaping the architecture of our products within SAP, ensuring seamless integration between R&D and departments like Manufacturing, Supply, and Maintenance. This role involves creating and managing the documentation base, building interconnections between product components, and overseeing the entire product lifecycle from inception to production. THE PERFECT TEAM MEMBER IS INSPIRED TO:

• Participate in the development and implementation of new products (including physical assembly and prototyping) to document the used inventory of materials
• Take part in creating product architecture in SAP for new and existing products 
• Build interconnections between the product’s components to optimize the workflow of multiple departments (Manufacturing, Supply, Maintenance etc.)
• Build the documentation base for the creation of items and interrelationships between them based on the created SAP product architecture
• Create naming conventions and libraries for the components and materials used in the development and manufacturing of products
• Oversee each product's development from initial kick-off to serial production implementation, while maintaining its accurate documentation

THE SKILLS THAT WILL GRAB OUR ATTENTION:

• Proficiency with SAP or other ERP system
• Experience in creating and managing BOM tables of new and existing products
• Expertise in organizing and managing documentation
• Good command of MS Office (especially MS Excel)
• Excellent attention to detail and accuracy
• Proficiency in English, both written and spoken
• Passion for quality and attention to consistency
• Knowledge of or previous experience in the gaming industry will be considered as an advantage
• Higher education in the field of electronics, electrical engineering, automation or computer technology will be considered as an advantage
