Аs a Product Operations Manager you will play a key role between our Product, Marketing, and Commercial operations. Your main responsibility will be to ensure that our products are effectively positioned and communicated across multiple international markets, and that our go-to-market campaigns are aligned with product priorities and customer needs.
This role combines operational thinking with cross-functional coordination and is ideal for someone who thrives on turning complex product information into actionable commercial and marketing strategies.

Lead the coordination between Product and Commercial units to ensure market strategies, product rollouts, and regional goals are fully synchronized and execution-ready

Translate product strategy and features into operator-facing narratives, CRM activation strategies, and value propositions that drive adoption and player retention

Take ownership of the full launch lifecycle for new games, aligning regional teams and marketing efforts to ensure impactful campaigns and on-time asset delivery

Design and maintain structured feedback loops with Commercials to incorporate operator and player insights into Product roadmap and feature development

Facilitate cross-functional planning processes, aligning release cadences and campaign roadmaps across Product, Marketing, and Commercial

Act as a trusted advisor to both internal and external stakeholders on player lifecycle strategies and CRM-driven game performance
THE SKILLS THAT WILL GRAB OUR ATTENTION:

7+ years of experience in iGaming, with a focus on B2C CRM, operations, or marketing

Proven ability to connect product vision with commercial execution and player behavior

Strong understanding of product development processes, promotional mechanics, and CRM systems

Exceptional communication, coordination, and stakeholder management skills across technical and business teams

Experience working in multi-market environments with sensitivity to local player and operator preferences

Hands-on mindset with a strategic view—able to both lead and execute

Background in Live Casino or strong familiarity with the vertical is a significant advantage

Fluent in English; additional languages are a plus
