We are looking for a Product Owner who will serve as the bridge between our internal stakeholders and development teams. Drawing upon your deep technical expertise, you will be responsible for bringing our product vision to life by executing the strategic direction outlined in our product roadmap. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless product development and delivery.

• Have full product lifecycle ownership
• Defining clear and detailed product specifications by gathering and outlining product requirements
• Take multiple inputs from various sources and consolidate them into a prioritised product roadmap
• Define and communicate product vision with teams of Developers, Artists, QA and stakeholders
• Coordinate time to market by setting the product goals and adhering to the set time frames and milestones
• Creating and managing the product backlog items , ensuing clear communication and prioritisation of it
• Ensuring product increments are delivered based on their priority within the committed timeline and scope
• Help remove impediments to the Scrum Team’s progress
• Collaborate with Developers to define Sprint Goal, aligned with the overall Product Goal
• Provide ongoing support for Developers during the sprint
• Inspect and evaluate the progress during each iteration
• Ensure all Scrum events take place and are positive, productive, and kept within the timebox

The Skills That Will Grab Our Attention:

• 2+ years of experience as a Product Owner or Product Manager in an IT company
• Excellent experience in SDLC Methodologies, Agile, SCRUM
• Experience working with cross-functional development teams, DevOps engineers and Software Architects
• Strong leadership, diplomatic and motivational skills, including the ability to lead up, across & down multiple business and technology organisations
• Experience in product lifecycle management
• Excellent communication skills
• Proficient in English, both written and spoken
• Software development background
• Experience with Jira and Confluence is a plus
