We are looking for a Purchasing Specialist who thrives on turning strategic sourcing into tangible success. In this role, you won’t just be managing orders—you’ll be shaping the efficiency and effectiveness of our supply chain. From identifying top-tier suppliers to negotiating the best deals and ensuring seamless order fulfillment, you’ll be at the heart of our procurement operations.

THE PERFECT TEAM MEMBER IS INSPIRED TO:
 

• Prepare proposals, request quotes, and negotiate purchase terms and conditions.
• Take ownership of all vendor communication regarding purchasing and PO management to ensure PO information is accurate and vendor questions are resolved efficiently.
• Maintain the accuracy of purchase order ship dates, quantities, and item costs
• Monitor supplier performance and resolve issues and concerns
• Research and identifying prospective suppliers

 
 
THE SKILLS THAT GRAB OUR ATTENTION:
 

• 3+ years of experience as a purchasing specialist or in a similar role
• Strong knowledge of purchasing processes and procedures
• Strong analytical, planning, and problem-solving skills
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Software tools, or Resource planning systems
• Excellent command of English, both written and verbal
