Our team is growing and we are looking for a Legal Counsel to join the Regulatory Affairs department of our Legal team and help us deal with research on domestic and foreign legislation and case-law to ensure the company’s legal compliance in all business matters, to assist in the development and maintenance of internal policies (data protection, whistleblowing, etc.), to actively participate in the KYC and due diligence processes, as well as to monitor marketing campaigns from compliance, consumer and competition protection perspective. 

 

 

THE PERFECT TEAM MEMBER IS INSPIRED TO:

 

  • Carry out research on domestic and foreign regulatory legislation, follow regulatory legislation trends globally, prepare legal statements, provide analysis of legal risks, create and implement solutions, structured to achieve business objectives
  • Handle the processes of conducting license checks and due diligence on external entities and assist external entities in carrying out due diligence on Amusnet
  • Conduct KYC processes and gather relevant documents from external entities as well as assist such external entities with gathering and providing documents requested by them 
  • Maintain and update Amusnet’s Data protection, Whistleblowing, and other external policies
  • Handle compliance checks in relation to marketing campaigns of Amusnet
  • Work closely with involved parties and departments within the corporate structure of Amusnet (Compliance, Marketing, Finance, Account Management, ect.)
  • Build and maintain internal legal databases and documentation

 
THE SKILLS THAT WILL GRAB OUR ATTENTION:

 

  • Master's degree in Law
  • Fluency in legal and business English
  • At least 3 оr more years of relevant, post-graduate experience as an in-house counsel and/or associate in a full-service law firm
  • Experience in corporate, administrative, and commercial law, consumer and competition protection 
  • Strong analytical and writing skills
  • Capable of critical thinking, multitasking, and highlighting dependencies when dealing with legal tasks
  • Flexible and proactive team player
  • Capable of task structuring, scheduling, and prioritizing
  • Detail and result-oriented
