We are looking for a Salesforce Operations Manager - a true platform owner - who will help establish Salesforce from scratch and ensure its continuous evolution to meet business needs. You will work hand-in-hand with our implementation partner and internal stakeholders to design, drive, and secure a strategic internal transformation.

 

You’ll have the rare opportunity to build a Salesforce ecosystem from the ground up, influence strategic digital processes, and ensure the platform grows alongside the company’s success.

 


THE PERFECT TEAM MEMBER IS INSPIRED TO:

 

  • Support the full implementation of Salesforce, including planning, configuration, and rollout
  • Partner with business stakeholders to gather requirements, design impactful solutions, and provide support to ensure high adoption across teams
  • Develop and manage analytical reports and dashboards to provide key stakeholders with real-time operational and sales insights
  • Supports and manages projects like upgrades, integrations, and new feature rollouts
  • Serve as the primary system administrator - manage users, permissions, workflows, licensing, and system performance

 


THE SKILLS THAT WILL GRAB OUR ATTENTION:

 

  • 3+ years of proven experience in Salesforce implementation, administration, and optimisation
  • Deep knowledge of Salesforce architecture, customisation, and integration tools
  • Salesforce Certified Administrator, Platform App Builder, or Sales/Service Cloud Consultant certifications are a strong plus
  • Strong analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills 
  • Hands-on mindset with a strategic view - you lead, you build, and you execute
