THE PERFECT TEAM MEMBER IS INSPIRED TO:
 
 - Create detailed mathematical models for casino games from scratch
 - Improve and enrich existing mathematical models
 - Offer detailed analysis and explanation of the mathematical models
 - Validate and simulate the mathematical models with the help of the development teams
 - Actively participate in gameplay design

THE SKILLS THAT WILL GRAB OUR ATTENTION:
 
 - University degree in Mathematics, Statistics or Computer science or similar
 - Excellent knowledge in combinatorics, statistics and probability theories
 - Experience as a mathematician or a similar position is an advantage
 - Interest in games both from a designer and player perspective is an advantage
 - Great communication skills, team worker, high personal discipline and self-learning ability
 - Any programming experience is considered as an advantage
