THE PERFECT TEAM MEMBER IS INSPIRED TO:

Maintain up-to-date employee records and ensure compliance with local labor laws

Maintain and update internal databases, ensuring accurate records of employee information (Sick leave, maternity/paternity leave, and vacation requests)

Prepare and manage various HR documents, including employment contracts, offer letters, promotion letters, and termination paperwork

Ensure proper documentation and storage of employee records per legal and company standards. Liaise with external partners, like insurance vendors, and ensure legal compliance

Create regular reports and presentations on HR metrics (e.g. turnover rates)

Act as the first point of contact for employees, addressing HR policies, procedures, and benefits queries

Assist the payroll department with payroll preparation by providing relevant employee information (e.g. leaves of absence, sick days, and work schedules)

Advanced admin skills with HRM Software, preferably Success Factors
THE SKILLS THAT WILL GRAB OUR ATTENTION:

3+ years experience in HR roles, with at least 1 year in a senior capacity

Proficiency in HR software and data analytics

Computer literacy (MS Office applications, in particular)

Strong knowledge of HR laws and regulations

Excellent organizational skills, with an ability to prioritize important projects

Excellent interpersonal and conflict-resolution skills

Proficiency in English, both verbal and written

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
