THE PERFECT TEAM MEMBER IS INSPIRED TO:

• Create motion graphics for game release campaigns
• Develop marketing videos, trailers, teasers, and social media animations
• Produce animated assets and game compilations for expos and events
• Work with product teams to transform game elements into marketing-ready animations
• Create dynamic transitions, effects, and motion design visuals
• Use AI tools (Kling AI, ComfyUI, Leonardo, etc.) to support concept creation and enhance workflows
• Prepare and optimize video and graphic content for digital and event use
• Maintain brand consistency across all motion materials

THE SKILLS THAT WILL GRAB OUR ATTENTION:

• Strong experience with Adobe After Effects 
• Experience with Spine 2D is considered an advantage
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Cloud (Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere Pro)
• Experience with AI creative tools (Kling AI, ComfyUI, Leonardo, etc.) is considered an advantage
• Familiarity with 3D software (Blender, Cinema 4D, Maya, etc.) is considered an advantage
• Solid understanding of animation principles and motion design
• Strong sense of composition, colour, timing, and visual storytelling
• Detail-oriented, adaptable, and receptive to feedback
• Previous experience in the iGaming industry, marketing, or advertising is a strong advantage
