We are seeking a dedicated Senior Technical Writer to join our Land-Based Division and manage the division’s documentation base, using different graphic tools. What is exciting about this role is that there is no routine – today you are presenting a project with images and charts, and tomorrow you are creating audio and video files.

  • Work with internal teams to obtain an in-depth understanding of the product and the documentation requirements.
  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure the accuracy of the technical information
  • Produce high-quality documentation that meets applicable standards and is appropriate for its intended audience.
  • Provides senior review of documents written by other technical writers
  • Work closely with teams to set up and establish processes for preparation of documentation and hand over to business as usual
  • Maintaining a comprehensive library of technical documentation
  • Update and maintain team’s backlog and assign tasks according to their workload

 
 
THE SKILLS THAT WILL GRAB OUR ATTENTION:

 

 

  • 3+ years in the IT sector, including 2+ years as a Technical Writer, with a strong portfolio in user manuals (hardware & software), assembly instructions, step-by -step instructions
  • Proficient in structuring information & proofreading
  • Skilled in visualization and text formatting tools to enhance documentation clarity and engagement
  • Experience in backlog management & leading documentation development projects
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills having worked in a team environment
  • Strong research and analytical skills, collaborative attitude
  • Detail-oriented - attention to detail is critical for this function
  • People-management skills will be a plus
  • Fluent in English, with excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Good working knowledge of MS Office
