• Lead and manage software engineering teams to deliver high-quality products on time
• Optimize the Software Development Life Cycle and meet milestones in a timely manner
• Provide regular updates and transparent progress reports to stakeholders
• Collaborate with Product partners to align tasks with company objectives
• Lead technology discussions, address dependencies, and ensure stable collaboration
• Proactively communicate risks, fostering a collaborative problem-solving environment
• Drive standardisation of tools and processes to streamline workflows and enhance communication
• Implement process improvements to boost quality and performance
• Explore external knowledge sources for continuous growth and learning
• Foster a positive work culture by proactively addressing any challenges or concerns and promoting team motivation and cohesion

• Proven track record in effectively managing and nurturing high-performing software engineering teams
• Extensive experience in a similar role within the IT industry
• Exceptional people management skills encompassing communication, teamwork, and leadership
• Ability to coach and motivate team members for their ongoing career growth
• Demonstrated success in leading projects within a fast-paced, growing organisational environment
• Strong cross-functional organisational skills
• Understanding of business needs with robust analytical abilities
• Track record of establishing productive relationships with stakeholders
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science is considered an advantage
