As a Talent Acquisition Specialist, you will be instrumental in shaping and driving the company's recruiting strategy to attract and hire the best talent. Your role will involve managing the full recruitment life cycle, while collaborating closely with the employer branding team to build a strategic brand positioning. As part of the company core team you will work closely with department leaders to understand their hiring requirements and craft tailored recruitment strategies.   • Workforce Planning and Strategy Development: Collaborate with department heads to identify short-term and long-term recruitment needs, developing and implementing strategic recruitment plans accordingly

  • Candidate Sourcing: Utilize various sourcing strategies including online job boards, social media platforms, networking events, and employee referrals to attract high-quality candidates

  • Screening and Selection: Conduct initial candidate screenings and interviews to assess their qualifications, experience, and cultural fit. Coordinate interview panels and facilitate decision-making processes

  • Stakeholder Engagement: Build strong relationships with hiring managers to ensure alignment on the qualifications and competencies needed for role success. Provide regular updates and feedback to ensure a smooth and efficient hiring process

  • Employer Branding: Promote the company as an employer of choice through various channels, including career fairs, industry conferences, and community events, enhancing the company's image and recruitment potential

  • Diversity Hiring: Commit to diversity and inclusion by implementing strategies that ensure a diverse candidate pool and fair hiring practices

 

 

THE SKILLS THAT WILL GRAB OUR ATTENTION:

 

  • Strong proficiency in English, both verbal and written

  • Proven experience in talent acquisition or a similar role

  • Strong understanding of recruitment processes and candidate selection methods

  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to engage effectively at all levels of the organization

  • Ability to handle multiple priorities in a dynamic, fast-paced environment

  • Strong negotiation and influencing skills

  • Creative thinking and proactive problem-solving skills

  • Experience in using HR software and candidate management systems will be considered as an advantage
