We are looking for a Technical Writer with a keen eye for detail, strong sense of design, and a structured, organized approach to documentation. In this role, you will be responsible for developing clear, concise, and user-friendly content that supports our engineering teams and enhances the experience of our users.

THE PERFECT TEAM MEMBER IS INSPIRED TO:

• Develop and maintain technical documentation, including user guides, API documentation, system manuals, FAQs, and troubleshooting guides
• Collaborate with software engineers, QA teams, and product managers to gather technical information
• Create and update internal documentation for development processes, best practices, and system architecture
• Ensure documentation is well-organized, consistent, and adheres to the company’s style and branding guidelines
• Work with designers and developers to integrate diagrams, visuals, and multimedia elements into documentation
• Maintain and manage the documentation repository using tools such as Confluence, Git, Markdown, or CMS
• Stay up to date with industry trends, technologies, and best practices in technical writing

THE SKILLS THAT WILL GRAB OUR ATTENTION:

• 2+ years of experience as a Technical Writer in a software development or technology-driven environment
• Strong understanding of software development concepts, APIs, cloud technologies, and DevOps
• Proficiency in documentation tools such as Markdown, Confluence, Git, or DITA XML
• Ability to work with code samples and technical specifications (basic knowledge of programming languages like Python, Java, or JavaScript is a plus)
• Familiarity with Agile methodologies and working in a fast-paced development environment
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
• Strong attention to detail and ability to simplify complex topics
• Ability to work independently and collaborate with cross-functional teams

SKILLS CONSIDERED AS AN ADVANTAGE:

• Experience with API documentation and tools like MKDocs, Swagger, GraphiQL or OpenAPI
• Knowledge of version control systems (e.g., Git)
• Background in UX writing or experience creating UI text and tooltips
