THE PERFECT TEAM MEMBER IS INSPIRED TO: 

• Lead the company orientation process, ensuring a seamless transition for new hires by maintaining and upgrading induction materials and delivery methods
• Partner closely with Talent Acquisition and HR Operations to align on hiring pipelines, and work with global stakeholders to anticipate and meet localized learning needs
• Collaborate with SMEs to develop accurate, engaging training content, deliver learning through live and digital formats, and support the annual HR cycle by coordinating performance, goal-setting, and development-related training initiatives
• Drive learner engagement through creative initiatives and proactively collaborate with the team to foster a continuous learning culture
• Create and analyze reports on training success, using data to interpret results and drive continuous improvement
• Utilize diverse tools and methodologies for the strategic planning, creation, and execution of learning programs

THE SKILLS THAT WILL GRAB OUR ATTENTION:

• 3+ years of proven experience in creating training materials and delivering adult learning in various formats
  
• Proficiency in English, both verbal and written  with the ability to structure and deliver complex content from diverse knowledge areas clearly
  
• Experience working effectively within a multicultural or global environment
  
• Strong technical proficiency with a proactive interest in emerging technologies, including experience with LMS platforms and AI-enabled learning solutions to support innovative and effective training delivery
  
• Previous experience driving soft skills development in a professional setting is preferred
  
• Ability to understand and interpret reporting data to measure training impact
  
• Developed self-awareness and a holistic, proactive approach to work and organizational relationships
