THE PERFECT TEAM MEMBER IS INSPIRED TO:

• Develop, expand, and maintain scalable design systems, ensuring visual consistency across all digital and print touchpoints.

• Create visually compelling assets for marketing campaigns, including banners, social media visuals, newsletters, presentations, and promotional materials.

• Translate business and marketing requirements into engaging visual concepts and user-centered design solutions.

• Collaborate closely with UX/UI designers, motion designers, and marketing specialists to ensure seamless implementation of designs.

• Prepare and deliver production-ready files, ensuring accuracy across different formats, resolutions, and platforms

• Participate in brainstorming sessions and contribute creative ideas for campaigns and industry shows.

• Ensure brand consistency by following and evolving established visual guidelines and tone of voice.

• Stay up to date with design trends, tools, and technologies, and proactively suggest improvements.

• Manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines and maintaining high quality standards.

• Review and refine designs based on feedback, data insights, and performance metrics.

• Support A/B testing initiatives by creating design variations and iterating based on results 

THE SKILLS THAT WILL GRAB OUR ATTENTION:

• Minimum 3+ years of professional experience as a Graphic Designer

• Strong sense of aesthetics with exceptional attention to detail (pixel-perfect mindset)

• Solid understanding of modern design principles, trends, and best practices

• Advanced proficiency in Adobe Photoshop and Adobe Illustrator

• Ability to solve design challenges creatively and propose effective visual solutions

• Excellent communication skills, including the ability to present and justify design decisions

• Strong organizational and time-management skills with the ability to handle multiple projects
