THE PERFECT TEAM MEMBER IS INSPIRED TO:

• Establish and develop relationships with various local and international media, business organizations, partner companies, NGOs, etc 
• Monitor & analyze competitors’ media behaviour to create the right communication strategies
• Identify the effectiveness of marketing campaigns by tracking media performance, exploring creative formats, and recommending areas of improvement 
• Create and distribute the company's brand messages to internal and external audiences (emails, letters, newsletters, articles, PR advertorials, etc.)
• Collaborate with C-level management and design team to create presentations and other marketing & communications content
• Execute, coordinate, schedule, and meet project content deadlines regarding various marketing initiatives (Corporate Events, Internal Activations, CSR projects, etc)
• Attend and represent the company at various industry events – locally and internationally

THE SKILLS THAT WILL GRAB OUR ATTENTION:

• Extensive working experience in public relations and corporate affairs
• Track record of text creation on a wide range of brand-related topics
• Excellent communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills
• Excellency in Bulgarian and English languages (both written and spoken)
• Proficiency in keeping up-to-date with brand standards, research, and best practices
• Excellent time management skills 
• Master knowledge of PowerPoint
